Call for Session Proposals
For this next edition, we’re turning to our community for ideas and inspiration. Our call for session proposals is now open!
What we're looking for
We’re looking for proposals for 60-minute, hands-on breakout sessions in engaging formats such as fishbowl discussions, debates, fireside chats, world cafés, lightning talks, demonstration of best practices and simulations.
We also welcome proposals for 30-minute plenary keynote presentations, followed by a Q&A, as well as poster sessions.
For the pre-conference event on 24 May, we’re also seeking proposals for three-hour, in-depth workshops.
Panel sessions are not our preferred format. Instead, we’re looking for interactive formats that encourage genuine participation and exchange.
Deadline: submit by 15 October
Our call for session proposals opens 1 September and closes on 15 October.
